ORDERING

It is very easy and secure to order online at Proaimusa.com. To find any item that we sell on our website, you can simply use the product search which you will find in the middle of the page. Also, we have the “categories” in the top navigation which makes finding the right product easy. After selecting the product, click on “Add to cart”. It will take you to the page where you can see the product you have selected. Here, you can change the quantity of the product if you wish so. From this page, you can either proceed to checkout or continue shopping. 
When you have finished shopping, click on either the "My Cart Icon" at the top-right of the website either to review your selections. When you are satisfied with your order, click the "Checkout" button to complete your purchase. 

Note: If you experience any problems with items disappearing from your shopping cart, make sure you have Cookies enabled in your web browser or you can also contact us via  email
A shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking or delivery confirmation number is sent to all the customers. Then customers can track the order by visiting the appropriate carrier's website for online tracking or you can also contact us via email

Proaim has three options to make online payment that is Stripe, Credit card & Bank Transfer. You can also contact us via email. All ways are too secured and much easier to make the online payment.

On “Information” page, you will find a textbox “Discount Code" in the top right corner. Enter the code into the box and click "Apply" to update your order subtotal.

Note: One promo or coupon code can be used per order.

We do not provide any gift certification code on our online store.
We always keep the warehouse with full stock which makes us to deliver the orders promptly. When you select any item to purchase, you will see highlighted message “out of stock” on that product, if that particular product is not in the stock at that time. Under any case, it never happens that we take the orders for items which are out of stock you can also contact us via email
On our website, as such there is no option to either cancel or change the order. For any cancellation or changes in the order, customer need to contact us on our mail id sales@proaimusa.com to effect changes or cancellations and customer will guided back with appropriate steps.
We do accept all the orders as far as the products, prices, shipping charges and other details are absolutely right. But we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a credit to your payment method in the amount of the charge.
Customers do not need to worry at all as ordering online from our store is completely secured. All online transactions are handled with an industry-standard technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts (or encodes) sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet. All the products on our website are presented accurately. However, please keep in mind that if your monitor color settings have been changed or are not set to the default standard settings, a product's true colors may not appear as they should on your screen.
Proaim does not publish a printed catalog. Instead we maintain a "live" catalog here on our website. This way our customers have access to the newest products as well as our most current low prices. You can find our entire product catalog right here at www.proaimusa.com

SHIPPING

We ship the orders through FedEx or UPS. We are offering Free Shipping on all Products except those that are on Pre-Order. Pre-order products need 14 - 21 additional Handling Days. Orders received on Saturdays & Sundays are shipped on following business day.

Customer has to enter the address along with country and zip or postal code on “Information” page and click on “Continue to Shipping” for calculating the actual shipping cost based on your shipping destination and the weight/dimensions of the items in your order.

Delivery period depends upon the destination and the shipping option you have selected for. Regarding your delivery period concern, you can always contact us via email prior to making a purchase and proper information will be provided on case to case basis. We ship through UPS and the courier is very reliable & fast.

All orders received before 8am PST, will be dispatched on the same day using Standard shipping service. Orders received post the cut-off will not be eligible for overnight shipping and will ship the Next business day.

It is the responsibility of the customer to read all the terms and conditions before placing an order. Deliveries may be delayed if we do not have the correct contact details for you. We ship with UPS standard shipping, if your address is in a remote location as specified by UPS, there can be delays. For critical shipping needs, please contact us before placing the order.

There is no possibility of having the order as backordered. We only receive the orders for items which are fully available in stock. If any item is out of stock, then a customer won’t be able to place the order for that item. But in a rarest case, if any item goes out of stock after placing the order, we ship that item after replenishing the stock. But if it delays, we make refund to the customer.
Though our website does not provide any option to pick the order from our store but customers can always visit our store at Houston, Texas to view the complete product range. Customers can buy the products directly here & can pick their orders themselves.

WARRANTY

We offer a 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defects for all our products. But in reality, we are here to support you for as long as it takes. If you face any issues beyond the warranty period, we promise our utmost support and care until you use the product.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for either 100% refund or replacement. We provide Prepaid Return labels upto 30 days if not satisfied with purchase. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as selected at the time of purchase. Also, this may seem obvious, but we can process returns only for items purchased from Proaim.

Conditions:

Returns are subjected to following conditions.

• All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, and all accessories.
• Proaim is not responsible for any incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any article purchased with us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the purchased item only.
Please read all the conditions below. If all the conditions are not met, PROAIM reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
  1. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all accessories (if any).
  2. Defective or damaged items may be exchanged, repaired or refunded at our discretion for the same model.
  3. PROAIM can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
  4. We will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If the payment was made by a bank transfer, the refund bank transfer will be issued immediately after we receive the product.
  5. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account.
  6. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 to 3 business days after the delivery of the merchandise.
PROAIM is not liable for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the use or sale of any of our merchandise. PROAIM is not responsible for any items or personal belongings left in the returned merchandise.
To exchange an item, customer has to follow the same steps as detailed in “ return policy”. Customer will have to inform us regarding exchange.. As soon as we receive your returned item, a new item will be dispatched to you. All shipping/processing charges on returned packages must be prepaid. You will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective, or if the wrong item was shipped.

Please allow 3-4 business days to process your exchange once the returned item has been received by us.
There is no such item which you can’t return or exchange but we want our customers to go for right purchase so that such situations of return or exchange may not arrive.
Every shipment undergoes proper checking & verification so that nothing should go missing. But if in rarest case, it happens, we immediately ship the missed out item.
All the safety concerns are considered while shipping the items. But, in case, customer receives a damaged item, we want our customers to inform us immediately without any delay so that we can take the required action. Any complaints regarding damage will be entertained within 7 days of the receipt of product.
